I agree with this, although my peeve is with the way it stays open
with IMAP connections only. I have both IMAP and POP3 accounts and
have it set to open when checking. Once all the acounts are checked
the CC stays open because you still have an IMAP connection. With only
POP3 accounts once the checking is done it disappears. It is also not
an issue when sending via SMTP with the POP3 accounts.
With highspeed my IMAP account is one of the first finished checking,
however it always keeps the CC sitting on top.
