DH> I have an ADSL connection at home and a LAN connection in the DH> office and in both places TB is generating .tmp file in my TEMP DH> directory. I think I got mine sussed. I only get them when I check an account that's prone to mega spam, in fact the only mail I get to it is spam and it all gets filtered by Bayesit 0.74.
