You can also "Edit Quick Templates" from a box-button in Account/Properties. I agree with you that the grayed-out command should be available. I don't remember seeing it there, before--I always went to Options on the main menu. What I wanted was the Edit Mail Message window Utilities/Quick Template to stay as before. However, Create a Quick Template could have been there also and I forgot or didn't notice it. I'll wait until I hear from a few others and then I may put a Wish on BT.
