I check the filter "Add_Reference" using included message and correct
information was added to the header (i.e., References and In-Reply-To
fields). What is working directory used by your filters? Originally they
use "C\Temp", but if you change this, then all references to that
directory must be changed as well. Maybe you did not changed it in export
template of the filter. In case of default working directory the first
line of template is following:

%_OldMsg(%Put="C:\Temp\Unix_Msg.txt")%-

Check this again and correct the "C:\Temp\Unix_Msg.txt" argument according
to your setting.
