I get this, too. A messages was not marked with attachment (I have set TB! to fetch message structures with headers, set the folder to full sync - _and_ I had fetched the message) although it had three. BTW the multiple connections seem to work - but it still takes forever to fetch mail on my LAN, since TB! "freezes" on "Fetch Flags" on several of the connections.
