What I've noted is that e-mail programs tend to offer migration tools *from* other apps and not the reverse. Understandably so too, since it takes time to develop these migration tools and why waste it creating ways to easily migrate to another client. ;)

There's no easy way within TB! other than through exporting the messages and then importing them in Outlook. Not unless someone has developed a third party tool that makes it easily done.
