Same setup here, I use the common junk folder, too, but the attachments are stored inside the .tbb file (as they should be). I only have the "attach" folder(s) inside the account folders. But there's no "attach" folder in the root "mail" directory. As I can see it neither in the bug report nor in your message (with all that OTFE and stuff we should begin to keep them apart, shouldn't we?), are you using Home or Pro?
