Are you running another other relays like SpamPal? I don't think HD
size matters. I have 2 250gb SATA drives configured as a RAID striped
disk array and have no problems.

Perhaps under GPGrelay's Global Control enabling the X-Keep-Alive
switch and increasing TB's Account Settings|Transport|Server Timeout
duration might help.
