FWIW, even though it doesn't seem to matter, I have arranged the actions in my filter(s) to follow a more "logical" flow, that ist, 1st mark as read - 2nd set color group - 3rd move the message (this has been discussed at length here and I don't want to start the argument again, its ok like it is for me). Just an idea: I'd try to export the message, remove all unnecessary headers (like the lengthy info headers from Spam Assassin) with an editor and try to filter again after importing the headerwise stripped down message.
