My experience has been another application has take over the registry of the VCF files. In my case, it is my PIM software from IAMBIC. After any upgrades to the PIM software, it takes over as the default VCF function. I have to reset it within The Bat and things are fine. In my case, it is more a Windows problem than at problem with The Bat. Jerry -- Ethan J.
