I was published it December, 19 - and has mentioned it in the announce of "4-th
adventus" edition (announced at Dec, 18):

,----- [ <MID:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ]
| I also make a new link to help&download page -
| http://www.ritlabs.com/en/solutions/BayesIt.php. However, the page is not yet
| ready, but I strongly hope that it will be ready in day or two.
`-----

I don't know how to check the timestamp on the site (because these page are
dynamical... but may be it will work). However, below is the result of "dir *.*
> info.txt" from my local copy of the material. Also you may ask anybody
russian-speaker to compare /en/solutions/BayesIt.php and
/ru/solutions/BayesIt.php on the site (since english one is just translated and
a bit changed russian). Now I am preparing the "advanced settings page" - which
will reflect /ru/solutions/bayesitadv.php.
