Well after rebooting and checking my AT & AV on other OS boot
partitions I've noted that I can NOT duplicate the bug. I don't recall
if this occurred while logged in as admin user. If yes, maybe it had
something to do with updating my AT software. Just speculating.

Well Avi I had to look it up. I was somewhat surprised on what I
found.

If you are getting to the point of people losing focus of bug
reporting and focusing on bickering of trivial minutia on TBBETA, then
I guess that is one way of putting it.  :-)
