That means I could at least assign a "Quick Template" to change the
message format to html?
Can anybody post a "Quick Template" with this purpose (saving me time
to create one?)?

Because I am writing mails in text style, but gmail.com forces me to
write in html style. Otherwise german "Sonderzeichen" like , , ,
are not displayed correctly.
