It doesn't explain why he had no troubles with Outlook.

"User Guide2.drl" was THE SAME e-mail message viewed from Outlook.
Doubling linking on this link - opened the Documentum file. Saving the
DRL to the desktop gave me a shortcut which I could use to get to the
file."
