They were not rhetorical questions. And, in case you did not notice the distinction, Ritlabs is not "squashing bugs" but resolving "known issues". Believe it or not, there is a huge difference. > Then, this isn't an official support channel but a USER list. Pardon me, I don't think that my questions were "same old" - except maybe the timing one, which (as I said) is almost certain to come up again and again if no concrete target date is given. > We can be lucky we have a functioning list with moderate moderators. > I know of list that forbid certain topics at all. However, I don't see why my questions - asked respectfully - should be forbidden. Anyway, 9Val can resolve all of this discussion quite easily, and I am now - and always was - prepared to wait days to get his response (or even to get no response at all from him if he chose not to answer). What I was not prepared for was the vitriol which I got from some list participants in response to my simple and sincere questions (based in large part from my checking tbbeta mail on a daily basis just to see if a new beta had been released for me to test). -- Avi Yashar Windows XP Pro SP2 and The Bat!
