Throw the batskin.xml into the Bat directory. Browse to the dirctory of TheBat! (via Total Commander ;-). Right click on the TheBat.exe Choose "Run As..." Choose User and give Passwort Splash Screen appears, but TheBat! don't start :-( Works it for you?
