Hello TBBETA, didn't know if there was a report about this problem yet (if so, please excuse me):
In 3.0.9.2 I'm not able to move folders. Neither with shortcuts (ctrl+shift+ up|down|left|right) nor with the mouse (as there are no entries in contextual menus).
