As far as I know TBX (the toolbar component), there's just 1 setting that needs to be toggled to get the images to display properly (to see what I mean, check out the image attached to this message: <mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>). While writing this message, another weird thing happened: the toolbar and menu disappeared, and hotkeys (at least Ctrl+Enter) stopped working.
