I have reported the problem I have on my home desktop a number of times. That problem is that TB won't stay open long enough to complete checking mail, before it just disappears. This behavior continues thru 3.0.9.3
I took to heart Stefan's recent advice > How do you start TB! ? If you are using a shortcut, make sure the > start folder is set to the folder with TheBat.EXE I learned that the path was enclosed in double quotes, and that removing same made no difference. I would like to put a stop to mail checking on opening, to see if that would make a difference, and at least give me a chance to poke around in settings and stuff. Is there a way to change accounts so that they do not check mail when you cannot get the program to run long enough to make the changes there? -- Dwight A.
