KAV 5 "supports" each and every mail-client as long as OE is
installed.
What I meant by "support", was, that Kaspersky did write, that KAV 6
checks in- and/or outgoing mails and The Bat!.
So I thought, that there must be something special. ;)

Besides that, we want to move viruses into quarantine, want to delete
them or repair them. And of course, we want to check our message base.
Further more, we do not want to have a program "hanging" between The
Bat! and "the internet" - it's much more "smooth and lightly" to have
everything done /in/ The Bat! itself.
