Just chiming in here too. I get the same errors doing the same thing. Here's where mine is different. I just upgraded from v.3.02.10 to v3.0.9.6. I did not use any of the pre-betas or anything, so I didn't have any of the def files or other things related to anything implemented after 3.02.10. Hope this helps track it down. As a new pair of eyes on the pre-beta, it's looking great!
