I'm not experiencing the same problem as you, but one note is that for
quite a while now (at least all v.3 and maybe even v.2 that I can
remember), TB has always shown up only in my Processes tab and never
in the Applications tab of Task Manager.

I've tried it minimized and maximized but it never shows up in
Applications. It may be that when I minimize it goes to tasktray
instead of the taskbar, so that might account for it.
