I see nothing wrong with your filters. It looks like all of them are for
mailing lists you are subscribed to and that you use the address of each
list for your filters. If this is so, I'd suggest you change your
filters from "Recipient contains..." to "Header Field contains..." and
see if there is any difference.

I seem to recall apparently having some problems using "Recipient
contains..." in the past and, although I didn't bother to prove it, I
changed the filters to use "Header Field To contains...". It doesn't
hurt to try.
