It is the exact number my AV has, too. There is no help so far, Rit seems to ignore that issue or maybe they don't -but do not have a cure for it yet. You may want to try the following: Make a folder on desktop, extract the rar file in it and make a new shortcut to the thebat.exe in it and add a switch as follows: C:\~~~Desktop\tbb30909\thebat.exe" /reg:test ^^^^ ^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^ your path your folder startparameter You will have to make believe TB that it is a new installation on it's first call, so specify the mail folder in tbb30909 or whatever name you chose. This way IMHO you will not get much problems, but you decide. Take care when you run a restore from a working TB-backup (got one??), _not_ to select either "global options" or "account properties". One or both of these options are the culprit for my permanent cascades of AVs I get here on startup. Maybe there are view modes or something else which do not good, maybe colour groups... I gave up trying, it took too much time. This start parameter will allow to run your TB -I hope.
