you can edit mainform.def:
close TB and replace
container item [mSpecials]

by

item [mMarkSpamJUNK] shortcut "Alt+J"
item [mMarkSpamNOTJUNK] shortcut "Alt+H"

or any other key combination you want to use. It's not as nice as the
keystroke editor, but it works here.
