Yep.

No, but I'm not sure that that is the problem. I'm sure that there
used to be a setting that kept the passphrase cached for the entire
session. Roelof's mail seems to confirm that.

I'm not exactly sure which version I'm running. It's the one installed
from PGP810-PF-W.zip if that helps anyone.
