Hello TBbeta, I was just about to answer a question that had been asked about assigning a shortcut to Mark As Junk when new messages arrived. This had the undesired effect of the message I was about to answer disappearing as it had already been marked as read.
This is an old issue and had been corrected. I had noticed that someone had already reported this as showing up again, but this has a difference. This time the message seems to have completely disappeared. I can find it nowhere. This led me to do a search in The Bat folder for the message, which it failed to find, but I can now confirm a previous message about new messages arriving once the search has finished arriving in the search box even though they don't match the search. Back to the original post which I no longer have. It was about trying to add a Mark as Junk shortcut. When I tried adding it to the menu bar it worked fine and did not require a reboot, but did do some fancy screen redrawing and added the Mark As Junk button to the menu bar.
