Confirmed.

You're using a very dark background color. The white spots are here, too,
but only barely visible with my normal background color.

It looks like some sort of hand-crafted anti-aliasing applied by the icon
creator, which of course does not work, when, like on your computer, the
background color is darker that the anti-alias color used to soften the
transition between the icon border and the background color.

I've set my background color to black and made a screenshot to illustrate.
