Unless I've missed it you don't seem to have a firm answer to your question, so perhaps my experience this morning may help. Somewhere along the line my spell checker (in version 3.0.9.17) had stopped working completely. I tried reinstalling 3.0.9.13 but a problem developed and TB would not load. In the end I copied 3.0.2.10 into the folder I use for the testing the latest versions and then reinstalled 3.0.9.17. The spell checker now seems to work totally normally in both American and British English according to whichever is selected. The only small oddity I've noticed so far is that the Spell Checker\Dictionaries window shows the chosen language as being the opposite of what I've actually selected. Select American and it shows British as the chosen language, and vice versa. I hope this helps. -- Best regards, Roger Flying with The Bat!, version 3.0.9.17 Return, with antispam BayesIt! 0.8.0 Release, on Windows XP, version 5 1, build 2600 and Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.0.9.17 Return | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
