My setup is like yours, where all filtering is done from the inbox to various other folders. In the last beta, messages were filtered but a few would get, for lack of a better term, "stuck". I would have to click outside of the IMAP account (usually just highlight an alternate account folder), click back into my IMAP inbox, and the filtering would start again. Sometimes it would take two or three attempts at this.
