No, but I do have low-color glyphs set, because I often connect to my machine with RDP in 256 color mode, and sooner-or-later TB will switch High-color images off. It does appear there's a problem with drawing, since sometimes the AVs won't start appearing until I try to do something in the headers list (which isn't drawn) - even if I just drag a window over it, or if I scroll with the mouse wheel. BTW, for some reason turning on synchronizing seems to have worked around the problem.
