Hello List, Just another fatal AV I discovered in "Customise ..."
Container: "Quick search (toolbar)" Available Items: "MessageListViewer . Undelete" Add it and close customization window. A cascade of AVs will break out: (Free translation; the actual message is in German) 'Exception "Unknown software failure" (0x0eedfade) appeared in application on 0x7c81eb33.' Followed by (free translation too): 'Instruction at "0x00ac1528" pointing to memory "0x00000004". Instruction "read" could not be executed.' 'Instruction at "0x004044ee" pointing to memory "0x048adb7c". Instruction "read" could not be executed.' These two alternate every time you click "OK". The only way out is to shut TB! down using task manager. Don't know, why I tried to add "Undelete" button to Quick serach toolbar, but in the end it doesn't matter ... The Bat! shouldn't crash, especially not this way. Unexperienced users could come to the idea to create a wild, maybe even "not so useful" collection of buttons on any toolbar and if this is unintended it should be captured by TB!, not the OS. -- Regards Peter Palmreuther (The Bat! v3.5 Return RC1 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2) Blessed are the censors, for they shall inhibit the earth. ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.5 Return RC/1 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
