I am in the software development myself. We are not allowed to add new
features while we are in the RC stage. Only bug fixes.
I was under the impression that it worked like that for most software
development companies. Apparently I was wrong.

Ok. That is complicated, but I can manage that. Is there a reason this file
is created in the Mail folder and not the program folder ? The program
folder would make more sense to me.
