        To  me it just flies in the face of logic  having a menu entry
for  something that really is a keyboard shortcut take precedence over
a  menu  of choices.  I highly doubt most users would type the name of
the QT and then go to the menu to insert it.  It seems more reasonable
to me that the list of QTs  should be more accessible than a menu item
for what has been just a keyboard shortcut.
