Previous message: Got a message from TB saying that it was unable to create an index. It asked if I wanted to correct the problem and had the folder maintenance window open. I said ok, check integrity and compress folders. The attached is my folder hierarchy after the operation. The message totals were wrong before, but they are worse now. There should be no unread messages. The overall total should be far less than 24,000. End previous In working with this, I see that the message counts are correct when the program first starts, until I deal with the double folder hierarchy problem mentioned previously.
