Agreed. The current state of the super secret keyboard
shortcut/Customise will scare away any non-geeky e-mail user.

Unless you are an avid reader of tbbeta, good luck figuring out
how to even open it. How about putting it under the Tools menu? Better
yet, how about calling it something that would make you think it could
do keyboard shortcuts? Customise is a bit general.

And while we're at it, can anyone get the "Quick search" feature to work
with the Customise window? It won't let me enter anything. After
spending several minutes opening and collapsing the various Available
Items I find this to be a MUCH needed feature.
