Ah, Clive, I was just floundering around. On the order of, first check if the power plug is fully in the socket, etc. It's no RC4 bug. Gleason had deleted a needed folder, trying to fix something else with its folders, and Charlene, with a complete new install, overlooked some Mail Ticker settings.
