Hi, Not sure if I am describing this correctly but I have noticed that if you add a contact into the address book from an e-mail (using ctrl-w) and the contact has more than one address listed (for example the headers have both "from:" and "reply-to:"), TB! will ask if you want to "add the rest of the addresses" into the addres book with a yes/no dialog box. The buttons responses are actually reversed. If you hit "yes" or "ok" it then breaks the operation. If you hit "no" it actually continues to try and add addresses. It's just the opposite from what it should be.
