I've read you don't have a batskin.xml file anywhere. Try this: - If you are using any Theme, set to default and/or try different themes. - Remove any *.PNG file you may have in your The Bat! directory. - If you have done/tried any customisation, remove any tbuser.def you may have in your The Bat! or MAIL directories. - Remove any other *.def files from your The Bat! directory.
