The first regexpr

extracts the date time stamp put in as Date: from the source
the second
<mid:%SETPATTREGEXP=";<(.*)>"%REGEXPMATCH="%OMSGID">
takes
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
and turns it to
<mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Which turns it from a clicky thing that would work as an Email address
(and be bounced) to a mail ID that the bat understands :)
Tada, now you understand :) and I have a macro thingy I can use coz I
dont use threads, but sometimes I would find it useful to include
