No, the progress shown in connection centre.

Just again. Fetching 109 messages from this mail-adress.

Column Task: <Account-Name>,
Column Progress: 100%,
Column Message: 109/109,
Column Estimated: 00:00:01,
Column Elapsed: correct time since start of the task, if clicked
Column Transfer: 523k/523k
Column CPS: 71454
Column Entry: ""

This time "Delete Task" worked (i.e. the connection centre windows
closed and if reshown manually the task is away). However, this does
not work all the time.

Trying to close The Bat! (Alt-F4), I get the warning "Some tasks are
now active. Do you want to exit when they are finished?" Yes, No,
Abort. (Although no tasks are shown in connection centre!)

It does not matter which button I click, TheBat! just does not exit. I
even waited for about a minute after each click.

In the meantime, while writing this message, the next pop-session for
this account started. And this time it worked like a charme. Log ends
with "FETCH-connection finished-42 messages received". I attached a
screenshot of Sysinternals process explorer, during this pop-session.
Both (red and green) subtasks are bdc.exe

But I still cannont close TheBat!. Once a pop-session hanged, I need
task-manager to kill TheBat!.

HTH
