Hello all, I know it is impossible to satisfy every user tastes and preferences, that's why options and customisation are important.
One of the things that is important for me is to have a very clear indication that I have drafts in the Outbox. With previous versions I was using my own glyphs.bmp and I had changed (increased the size) of the _red_ hourglass icon that was displayed on top of the Outbox folder when there were drafts in it. Although I am using my own (yellowish) icons now, I have not yet learned how to modify the alpha channel of the PNG icons file if I resize one of the icons. So, for the moment I was relaying on the little hour glass (that I had changed to red) and the fact the Outbox was bolded when there were messages queued to send _and/or_ drafts in it. But, upon some users request, this changed in RC7 and Outbox is now bolded _only_ for queued messages. So, what I have done is modify my batskin.xml file so that I get what you can see in attached PNG. I can easily see I have drafts messages, can't I? If any of those of you who are using my yellowish icons (or other external icon set) would like to make the same change, open your batskin.xml file in your favourite text editor and change line: <glyph id="ovrOutboxDraft" col="17" row="5" /> to <glyph id="ovrOutboxDraft" col="10" row="6" /> -- Best regards, Miguel A.
