Its no use to try to talk this thing into being a "bug", or bad feature. And yet other email clients create temporary files as well, so? :-) And, if it were the other way around in TB, I still wouldn't want to user another email client, either - I just can't get everything I want my way. Btw. I'm really thinking about "littering up" my harddisk with storing attachments separately, because they're indexed and searchable with Google Desktop that way (and I've come to appreciate that little utility very much in the past couple of days).
