Those headers should be added by the users' mail client.

But, if they are using a webmail services, things may be different. A lot
of webmailers don't add those two headers (hotmail, aol, 1&1, yahoo -
sometimes it depends on the country you're in, but most of the time the
webmail interfaces of these providers don't add reference headers).
