Found the (likely) problem...

(My instance of) TB Release version 3.5 is not remembering the Bayes
plugin. I checked and TB was configured to use the OLD (v2) plugin.
I un-installed this plugin, and re-referenced the latest version
(2.02 in a different directory). I closed TB, and re-opened - the old
(v2.0.0) was still referenced. I repeated the re-configuration, but
this time completely deleted the old folder with 2.0.0 in it. I
restarted TB! and now TB! had NO anti-spam plugin. I reconfigured
(yet again), restarted TB and once again, no anti-spam plugin was
 loaded.

How can I convince TB that the Bayes filter is installed in the TB!
 program folder??
