So here's my latest, with my 4:41 p.m. mail download: ----------------------------- Access violation at address 000444FA6 in module 'thebat.exe'. Read of address 00000014. ----------------------------- This makes 7 times for me in v. 3.5. As you can see, the address matches the first of yours below, Ian. > --------------------------- > The Bat! > --------------------------- > Access violation at address 00444FA6 in module 'thebat.exe'. I have my Anti-virus set for automatic checking, approximately once an hour. Plus I have XP set for automatic notification of available downloads. Those are the only two things my firewall is set to let go in and out automatically. Still, could there be a conflict in server access from time to time here? I wish I knew of a log I could look in. The Sygate log isn't completely understandable to me. I have TDS3, but I don't know how to use it for that either. Anyway, it's my latest half-brain theory. -- Best regards, Mary The Bat 3.5 on Windows XP 5.1 2600 Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________________ Current beta is (none) | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
