Did you backup the registry key for TB! as well? It's likely that you did.
For a new fresh installation I changed the directory name to c:programme\TheBat
After installation I tried to restore "everything".
... including the registry key which contains all the old file paths in it for installation and mail directories?
Result: The folders and messages are stored to the *old* directory "The Bat!"
So all messages are in two directories now... Somewhat strange.
Not if the old registry has been restored.
