A couple of days I installed v3.5 on my second machine, copied all messages and settings from my current 2.12 setup backup and: so far so good. I must admit it looks pretty OK at first sight. Nevertheless, for the time being I will keep v2.12 as my "working environment" and use v3.5 only for testing.
