As I said I'm trying to reinstall TB! and activate OTFE. Now I deinstalled TB!, deleted the registry key and reinstalled TB!, on the OTFE question I marked it and selected iKey.
I don't see any error. But it seems it's not correct. Because if I remove the iKey TB! runs correctly and not closes as SecureBat! does in the past.
