:) ........ what I forgot to say .. .. what that means is that the majority
of IMAP servers, using Maildir style mail format, does not require any
locking of the spool when it is accessed, as there is no spool, nor folder
locking, etc. To my knowledge, TB! uses, or used to use, a locking mechanism
as it does when using POP3, which is on a spool, and stored locally.
